Overview
SISFOTESBIM S2 is an EWWD product demo for campus thesis and guidance operations in Indonesian postgraduate programs. Students work in a web portal. Lecturers and program coordinators use authenticated operational panels. All three surfaces share one domain rulebook for thesis registration, proposal exams, supervisor assignment, guidance logbooks, feasibility exams, thesis exams, and QR-verified endorsement.
Business Problem
Thesis work often lives in Word files, spreadsheets, email, and WhatsApp groups. Students cannot see the next required action. Lecturers cannot see guidance workload. Program leadership cannot answer where a thesis sits in the exam and endorsement cycle, or whether a room and examiner clash already exists.

Does SISFOTESBIM S2 replace SIAKAD?
No. It is a thesis-operations workflow system. Campus student-record or SSO integration can be scoped later after identifiers and source-of-truth rules are agreed.
Are cycle-time reductions measured?
Not yet. The demo records lifecycle events and reports; published time-to-completion gains remain targets for a client pilot.
