Can one platform serve multiple kos properties with different brands?

Yes. The Manajemen Kos reference architecture supports multi-property data scoping plus white-label brands with custom domains, colors, logos, and GA4. Staff can be limited to assigned properties through RBAC.

Which payment methods are supported?

The platform can integrate Midtrans Snap and Xendit for online checkout, and admins can still record cash, transfer, e-wallet, or QRIS payments manually. The exact gateway depends on merchant account, settlement, and webhook requirements.

How do tenants log in and pay?

Tenants receive a privacy-preserving WhatsApp OTP, then can view leases and invoices and pay through the payment gateway from the portal. Overdue invoice reminders can also be sent by WhatsApp on a schedule.

Can existing tenant and room data be migrated?

Yes, after data quality, identifiers, occupancy status, open invoices, and deposit rules are agreed during discovery. Import scope and reconciliation are defined before go-live.
