EWWD Product/Demo · Queue & Service Operations Case Study

EWQMS

EWQMS is an EWWD product demo for web-based queue registration and counter operations. Visitors receive a queue number and QR ticket without installing an app; officers call, recall, serve, transfer, skip, or complete tickets while supervisors review service data.

Overview

EWQMS is an EWWD product demo for bilingual web-based queue management. Visitors choose a department and service, submit their details, receive a queue number and QR ticket, and monitor status without installing a mobile application. Counter staff and supervisors manage service flow through authenticated operational interfaces.

Business Problem

Manual tickets and unclear counter status create unnecessary waiting, repeated questions, and limited reporting. Supervisors need a consistent record of calls, service, transfers, skips, absences, completion, waiting time, and service duration.

Implemented Solution

  • Indonesian/English public registration
  • Department and service-category selection
  • Same-day duplicate prevention and interrupted-form draft autosave
  • Queue number, QR ticket, PDF download, and status polling
  • Counter actions for call, recall, serve, complete, skip, absent, transfer, and notes
  • Administration of departments, categories, counters, users, schedules, and settings
  • Operational dashboards and CSV/Excel/PDF reports
  • Role-based access for officers, supervisors, and administrators

Current Evidence Status

EWQMS is a deployed EWWD product/demo. Waiting-time and service-performance improvements remain measurement targets until a real deployment supplies baseline and follow-up data.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does EWQMS require an app?

No. The reference visitor journey is web-based.

Are wait-time reductions measured?

Not yet. Wait time and service duration are available measurement fields, not published achieved results.

Next Step
