How onboarding works
- Free 30-minute call about the system and what hurts.
- Onboarding assessment (paid or credited to the plan): code and server review, backups, security, and a list of risks and quick fixes.
- Plan proposal, then monthly billing. Cancel with 30 days' notice.
FAQ
Do you take over systems built by other developers?
Yes, after the onboarding assessment. Some systems need stabilizing first.
Is there 24/7 support?
No. EWWD is a small practice. Response times are in business hours (WIB) unless an Enterprise SLA says otherwise.
Can you upgrade an old PHP/Laravel version?
Yes. Upgrades are planned step by step and tested on staging first.
Who owns the code?
You do. We work in your repository and on your server or an agreed one.
Is there a minimum term?
Three months is recommended, then month to month.
